During this interactive, intimate workshop join Motherhood Mentor and our Director of Development Maria Fuller and explore ways to decompress and reconnect with yourself to fill your cup so you are able to give to live a life you love.

For so many women and mothers it is very difficult to create solid self care routines, habits and boundaries. This workshop focuses on all three as well as time management, executive functioning, fostering independence in your children and taking a leadership role in your parenting journey to help mothers reconnect with their heart center and replenish their cups to find joy in the simple moments again.

This is a 6 week workshop in our Bethel, CT location limited to a small group. It begins on Tuesday, February 1st from 7:30pm- 9:30 pm EST. Workshop will move online in the case of inclement weather. This is an interactive "hands-on" workshop with small journaling exercises as well as implementing small changes in your everyday life.  

Come dressed comfortably with a notebook, pen, an open heart and self compassion for this transformative experience. Hot beverages will be provided, feel free to bring a snack if you need one.
